X5 Retail Group sales rise 9.4% to 1.052 tln rbl in Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Jul 16 (PRIME) -- Sales of Russia’s X5 Retail Group, the owner of grocery chains Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, and Karusel, increased 9.4% on the year to 1.052 trillion rubles in January–June, the group said in a statement on Friday.

In April–June, sales increased 10.6% on the year to 545.577 billion rubles.

Online sales almost tripled to 21.039 billion rubles in January–June, and doubled to 10.583 billion rubles in April–June.
